Set along a quiet stretch of Kerala's backwaters, Cape Shore Resort was planned to feel discovered rather than built - a loose cluster of villas threaded through existing coconut groves, each one turned to catch a private water view. Locally sourced laterite, reclaimed timber, and traditional sloped roofs root the architecture in its region while the planning and detailing are unmistakably contemporary.

Public spaces - the lobby pavilion, spa, and dining deck - sit lightly on the water's edge, designed to disappear into the landscape rather than compete with it.
