Loft Eleven

Loft Eleven occupies the top floor of a converted warehouse, and the interior design brief was to soften an industrial shell without erasing its character. Exposed services, steel beams, and polished concrete floors stay visible, layered against fluted oak joinery, linen upholstery, and a considered lighting plan that shifts from bright and functional by day to soft and gallery-like by night.

Every piece of built-in furniture was custom-designed for the space, from the kitchen island to the mezzanine bookcase, so the loft feels tailored rather than furnished.
